The product is exactly what I wanted. I have many positives and only a couple of negatives, the positives are that the construction is strong and of good quality, the large lid is perfect,I also like the way that the bag is separated into two halves so as not to have all the weight to one side, the lid is lovely and easy to undo and then refit, love the bite valve which also has the little catch to lock it. right now to the negatives, firstly I have not looked into Wether or not there is some sort of pipe insulation especially for in the summer that when I have a cold drink in the bag the fluid in the tube warms up so I have to drink the warm amount in the tube before it draws up cold liquid from the bag,may just be me but I hate that also wish the bag could be easily turned inside out so as to dry easier and quicker once cleaned as I find a lot of condensation is left and it takes a long time to totally dry out,but apart from the couple of moans I love the product and would always recommend, and as I'm a scout leader and always busy in the outdoors doing various activities I get asked a lot to recommend many camping, hiking and other products used for out door activities....Many Thanks..Mark. 25 May 2015
Great thirst quencher I was fed up with hydration packs that took more suck than a Dyson to get the drink to where it should be. This one works perfetly and has stopped me finishing walks both dehydrated and out of puff! 08 April 2015
Works great, perfect size for my bag Pros: works great, easily added to a variety of bags 2ltr is the perfect size tube disconnects really easy, so easy cleaning Cons: bite lock system, could be better need to purchase different tube and mouth bite, when skiing or boarding, or else it freezes up (unless you blow the water back into the reservoir each time) 16 March 2015
Hydration bag Excellent bag, suited for the, salomon quest 20 ABS, just like the quest 20, this hydration pack lays flat, i bought the quest 20, for back country snowboarding, the 2 together are the best out there, i have been looking for the right back pack for a few years now, this i found at the covent garden branch, new straight away this was right for me, for some reason, companies make back packs for the ski snowboard industry, im yet to find a bag that doesnt stick out, bulge out that it is difficult to sit on a ski lift with the bag in place, the salomon quest 20, only stands out around 4" from your back, with the hyfration pack and whatever else you need for a day on the mountain Very happy 16 February 2015
Not even the African desert could dehydrate me I have long been sceptical of bladder systems as easily punctured and hard to fill from rivers. I was happy to be wrong at this Camelbak Antidote Reservoir 2 that I bought specifically for a month long expedition to Malawi & Mozambique. Even during their winter the day time temperatures would regularly rise to 35-40 degrees C in the shade and trekking through the arid lands of the rift valley we had to carry all the water we needed with us. As the leader of the expedition I particularly felt it was important that the rest of the team could see me drinking regularly and the Camelback was an excellent way to achieve this. I particularly liked the quick snap cap that alongside the wide neck allowed for easy filling from mountain streams and boreholes alike. My Camelback has earned itself a spot in the top five bits of kit I'll always take with me on exped! 24 August 2012
