Fantastic jacket, great price. Bought the jacket for an easter ski trip. If anything it was too warm but zip up under arm vents allowed for an easy way to cool down. Only downside was that the hood became quite wet when it rained heavily. 16 April 2013

DRYRIDE Durashell™ 2-layer:Features technical weatherproofing and breathable properties in a buttery soft yet bomber package. Various insulations and lining systems can be incorporated to fine-tune the overall warmth, comfort and breathability of the garment.
Quad Package Mapping:A fancy name for Burton’s strategically designed outerwear lining and insulation system. It delivers maximised comfort, mobility and heat retention in specific areas.
Thinsulate™:A breathable, water-resistant and durable insulation constructed from unique, high-loft microfibres that provides increased warmth with less bulk for greater mobility.
Diamond Quilted Taffeta:Offers a crisp feel using a mix of synthetic fibres. Its unique hand feel and sheen make it ideal for printing and embossing, and like all Burton linings it wicks and breathes easily.
Wick:The act of transferring moisture from the skin to the outer layer of a garment quickly and efficiently, where it evaporates. Provides a drier more comfortable environment inside a piece of clothing/equipment.
Team Fit:At the Burton team’s request, jackets with this fit are longer than the Sig Fit with 2 inches added in the body and up to one inch added in the sleeves.
Critically Taped Seams:Only the main seams of a garment are taped with a high quality waterproof band.
